Refund Policy

Digital Products

All purchases on Aetherscripts are for digital products (software license keys). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered and/or activated.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase (same product purchased twice by accident)
  • Product was not delivered (no license key received)
  • Technical issue that prevents the product from functioning, where our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • License key has already been activated
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Account bans or suspensions from third-party services
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via Discord within 48 hours of purchase. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
