• License duration begins at activation, not at purchase

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and license keys. Aetherscripts is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Product Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Pricing is subject to change. Active licenses will be honored for their remaining duration.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or licensing protections
• Share, sell, or transfer license keys to third parties
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

Aetherscripts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or hardware issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
